For additional requests like props, please tell us in advance.

1. Direct visit for shooting (3D scanning) or outcall 3D scanning (with extra charge)

2. We begin working with 3-D scanning.

   Although a regular photograph may be used, it is 30% more costly to produce a face,

   it takes more time, and wear-resistance is also lower from production with a regular photograph.

   Hence, we recommend 3-D scanning and your visit for scanning. For outcall scanning, there is an extra charge.

3. How to Pay

   We take credit cards, direct deposit, and other personal payment measures.

   Please be aware that once a payment is completed for a customized work, an order may not be canceled.

4. Begin Figure Production

   Takes about 1~4 weeks (3-D scanning – available within one week, photograph – at least 3 weeks)

5. Delivery service or visit to take the final work
